An initiative by Dementia Singapore (formerly known as Alzheimer’s Disease Association), supported by National Council of Social Services (NCSS) and Agency for Integrated Care (AIC).

A mobile app. A lifestyle platform. A membership programme for a safe and dementia-friendly Singapore. CARA empowers persons living with dementia and caregivers to lead meaningful and purposeful lives.

Select your profile and fill up form

Wait for your CARA card

*Only applicable to members with dementia.
*Please allow minimum of 2-weeks to receive card by post.

Access CARA app

Once your application has been approved, you will be able to fully access all features on the CARA app applicable to your profile.
