Our journey, from a service provider to becoming a leading force for positive change and better support for the growing dementia community, has been shaped by the resilience and faith our partners in both the community and the workplace share.

Over the past 35 years, we’ve built a strong foundation by advocating for the needs of people living with dementia and their families and empowering the community through capability-building, knowledge and consultancy, and person-centred care innovations.

From organising creative community outreach events and hosting large-scale charity concerts featuring top international acts to regularly visiting businesses and educational institutions to raise awareness of dementia and promote better support among the community, our commitment to the cause has never been stronger.

As we commemorate this milestone, we are reminded of how far we have come and remain steadfast in our mission to build a truly dementia-inclusive society.
