Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions shall apply to the “Michael Learns to Rock concert tickets giveaway lucky draw” (“Lucky Draw”) organised by CARA of Dementia Singapore Ltd (“Dementia Singapore”).
2. By registering to take part in the Lucky Draw, you agree to be bound by these Lucky Draw terms and conditions and the decisions of Dementia Singapore in relation to and in connection with this Lucky Draw.
3. The qualifying period for the Lucky Draw is from 1^stto 28^th August 2023 (both dates inclusive).
4. Closing date for entry to the Lucky Draw is 28^thAugust 2023, 11.59pm. After this date, no further entries will be considered.
5. To qualify for the Lucky Draw, participants must be a registered CARA member. Terms and conditions apply.
6. Participants must also submit a screenshot of their main “Hello” page in the CARA app and answer the qualifying question at https://view.forms.app/cara-dsg/mltr
7. Each qualified participant will only be given one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw regardless of the number of entries submitted.
8. The Lucky Draw is open to anyone residing in Singapore, except employees of CARA and Dementia Singapore and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or management of the Lucky Draw.
9. The Lucky Draw is applicable to all CARA membership categories including “Persons Living with Dementia”, “Caregivers” and “Members of Public”.
10. Only the selected entries will be notified and eligible for the prize.
11. Dementia Singapore reserves the right to change the Lucky Draw Period.
12. There will be five (5) Lucky Draw winners in total. The winners for the Lucky Draw (“Winners”) will be drawn at random.
13. Each winner will win one (1) pair of CAT5 tickets, worth $68 per ticket, to the Michael Learns to Rock (“MLTR”) live concert in Singapore on 9^thSeptember 2023 at Our Tampines Hub – Town Square.
14. CARA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, amend or add on to these Terms and Conditions, or terminate, vary or suspend this contest, at any time without prior notice to participants.
15. The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
16. Winners will be notified by email as indicated in their entry form within 5 working days from the closing date of the Lucky Draw. If the winner cannot be contacted by 7^thSeptember 2023 or provides an invalid email address, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
17. CARA’s decision in respect of all matters related to the contest is final. CARA reserves the right not to enter into any correspondence.
