- Mode of payment – Cash/ Credit Card/ NETS
- Services are available at all Raffles Medical Clinics in Singapore, Raffles Health Screeners and Raffles Dental Clinics in Singapore. Exclude Raffles Executive Medical Clinic, Airport Transits and Raffles24 Acute & Critical Care.
- Prices applicable to CARA members, their caregivers and members of the public.
- Present CARA app or physical card for verification upon registration.
- Prior appointment is required for Health Screening and Vaccination.
- Must not be used in conjunction with any other corporate programmes.
- No refund will be given for the unutilised items in the packages.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Raffles Medical Group (RMG) reserves the right to amend the above without prior notice.
For dental services:
- Price quoted does not include practice cost, costs of prescribed medication, injection, x-ray and other investigation.
- The price reflects types of services offered by the general dental practitioner, time spent on and complexity of the case. Patients will be informed before treatment if any fees to be charged differ from those listed above.
- Full payment will be collected before laboratory works (if any) can be processed.
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, packages, or privileges.
- Corporate discount does not apply to laboratory works, oral hygiene products, medication and other services by external vendors and specialist dental services.
- Consumables charge is applicable for every dental visit. Consumables charge is for items such as disposable gloves, gowns, cups and bibs, disinfectants, autoclaving pouches etc.
