Anyone can sign up as a CARA member! It’s FREE! And by joining our community, you not only have access to a wealth of dementia-related resources but can also contribute vitally to the community by providing assurance and support to persons with dementia and their families in times of need, such as keeping a lookout for persons with dementia who are lost, through alerts received in the app.

*CARA tote bags will be ready for redemption in January 2024. Eligible members will be notified via email.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CARA CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY (“GIVEAWAY”)
- By taking part in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Dementia Singapore in relation to and in connection with this Giveaway. Separate terms and conditions apply for a CARA membership.
- The Giveaway is applicable for the first 200 new CARA memberships signed up between 8 to 31 December 2023, both dates inclusive.
- Each participant can only sign up for one (1) unique CARA membership under either of the following membership categories: “Person Living with Dementia”, “Caregiver”, “Member of Public”.
- Each new member will be entitled to redeem one (1) free CARA tote bag only after the membership has been approved.
- The free tote bag will be available for collection in end-January 2024 at Dementia Singapore’s main office, at 20 Bendemeer Road, #01-02, BS Bendemeer Centre, Singapore 339914. Eligible members who have qualified for the free tote bag will be notified via email once the free tote bag is ready for collection.
- The free tote bag which will be given is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The free tote bags are subject to availability, and Dementia Singapore reserves the right to substitute the tote bag with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- By registering or taking part in the Giveaway, you consent to Dementia Singapore’s use of your personal data such as, but not limited to, your email address and contact details in connection with our marketing and promotional activities. If you wish to opt out of being contacted for other marketing information, you may unsubscribe from the mailing list via the unsubscribe button in our communications.
- Dementia Singapore reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, amend or add on to these Terms and Conditions, or terminate, vary or suspend this Giveaway, at any time without prior notice to participants.
- Dementia Singapore’s decision in respect of all matters related to the Giveaway will be final. Dementia Singapore reserves the right not to enter into any correspondence.
